Ghost Kitchen Brands

The desire to create a new type of eating experience led to the creation of Ghost Kitchen Brands (GKB). 25:8 Architecture + Urban Design helped GKB to develop a national design standard for all their new restaurants rolling out across Canada & US.

To improve efficiency and reduce costs, 25:8 worked with GKB’s custom prefabricated modular panels to create each new restaurant. This lightweight system allows GKB to transform any space into a new restaurant in 48 hours. Behind the scenes, new kitchen layouts were developed to optimize workflow while accommodating the needs of national brands like Cinnabon, Quiznos & Starbucks.
