Located steps away from Carleton University, this multi-unit apartment is designed to provide student housing that is both economical and efficient. The building sits on a trapezoidal lot which inspired the dynamic façade. The corners of the building were ‘lifted’ to reveal a covered entranceway. Bold architectural gestures framing the windows help reduce the scale of the building. Orange accents bring life to a simple and landmark building.
