To accommodate new tenants, the #2N1_House transforms an existing side split house into two elegant apartment units.
A new Primary Bedroom was added to the center of the house providing additional space and new ensuite. The exterior architecture was updated to provide a modern façade to the aging home. The renovated interior offers contemporary finishes throughout the house.
A two-bedroom basement apartment was added to provide rental income while the upper unit offers a comfortable place for a growing family. Ultimately, the #2N1_House has a big impact despite its small footprint.
